Cam Mckenzie of the Cygnet woodfired bakehouse blesses cygnet with his breads that are all authentic sourdoughs made completely by hand and baked in a wood-fired oven. All of Cam's Breads are made using organic, chemical free and Tasmanian-milled flours, including flour grown and freshly stone milled by Thorpe Farm in Bothwell.
Cygnet woodfired bakehouse also makes a range of the most wonderful baked goods in the region. Including sweet and savoury, buttery crisp croissants, moreish Danish pastries, wickedly good brownies as well as beautifully healthy salads and gourmet rolls.
